Case Study
As a PM at my previous company, I revitalized my stalled-team by incorporating the "Shape Up" methodology in our process. Afterwards we sustainably over-delivered, launching two v1 products and many iterative features. I wore both a product and a design hat, and carried a technical understanding with the engineers.
